The Agreement
Legal Agreement
By using LaraBug, you enter into a binding agreement with Intilli, the operator of this service. Using our service means you accept these terms.
Organization Use
Using LaraBug for an organization? You confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Your Account
Account Requirements
- Be at least 13 years old (minors need parental consent)
- Provide accurate registration information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Take responsibility for all account activity
- One free trial per person or organization
Acceptable Use
- Illegal activities or distributing malware
- Attempting unauthorized access or security breaches
- Reverse engineering or reselling our services
- Excessive usage that impacts other users
- Abusing support services or staff
Billing & Payments
Payment Methods
Mollie payments: Credit cards, PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, and more. All prices in EUR including VAT for EU customers.
Billing Cycle
Monthly or annual billing. Automatic renewal. Usage calculated per billing cycle, not calendar month.
Free Trial
14 days free trial. No credit card required. No automatic charges after trial ends.
Refunds
Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase. Processed to original payment method in 5-10 days.
Subscription cancellation
- Cancel anytime from Profile → Subscription
- Takes effect at end of current billing cycle
- Keep access to paid features until then
- No cancellation fees
Account deletion
Cancelling your subscription doesn't delete your account. When you're ready to delete everything, head to Profile → Data. Account deletion works like this:
- • Your account is frozen immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days.
- • Any active subscription is cancelled right away, with no prorated refund.
- • We email you a cancellation link. You can restore the account any time in those 30 days by clicking it.
- • After day 30 the deletion is final. Your profile, projects, exceptions, queue jobs, and every other record we hold are permanently erased.
- • Projects you share with other users stay available to them.
- • Before deleting, you can request a full data export from the same page so you keep a local copy of everything.
Your Data Responsibilities
Important: You Are the Data Controller
You control what data your application sends to LaraBug. You must filter sensitive information (passwords, API keys, personal data, credit cards) before transmission. We provide filtering tools, but you're responsible for compliance with data protection laws.
Data Retention & Deletion
Auto-Delete
Data automatically deleted after retention period (7-365 days based on plan)
No Recovery
Deleted data cannot be recovered. Export important data before deletion
Account Deletion
30-day grace period from the Data tab in your profile, then all data is permanently erased.

Limitations & Liability
Service Limitations
We provide services "as is" and cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime (we aim for high availability)
- Compatibility with all configurations
- Protection against all security threats
- Recovery from user errors or data loss
Liability Limits
Maximum liability limited to 12 months of fees paid:
- No liability for indirect damages
- No liability for lost profits
- No liability for data loss
- No liability for third-party actions
Termination
You Can Cancel
- • Cancel your subscription from Profile → Subscription
- • Delete your account from Profile → Data (30-day grace period)
- • Request a full data export before you go
- • No cancellation fees
We May Terminate For
- • Violation of these terms
- • Non-payment after notice
- • Legal requirements
- • Any reason with 30 days notice
Changes to Terms
Major Changes
- 30-day advance notice via email
- Continued use means acceptance
- Option to cancel if you disagree
Minor Changes
- Clarifications and typo fixes
- May take immediate effect
- No advance notification required
Governing Law
Belgian Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law and regulations
Belgian Courts
Disputes will be resolved in Belgian courts of law
Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
